Tylor Scott waiting for a strike

For generations Scotts have been fishing at Clear Lake. In fact my grandson Tylor represents the forth generation, his great-grandfather, Lee, first fished Clear Lake in the 1920s. Fishing has not always been successful, but every generation has been drawn to Clear Lake's pristine clear water, old growth forests and ever-present variety of wildlife.

Clear Lake is stocked heavily by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife with catchable size rainbow trout. The trick is to be there at the right time. This year we were there at the right time and Tylor had no trouble catching his limit of five fish.
