The South Fork Canyon section of the Trail of Ten Falls just reopened after being closed since February of 2004 because of storm damage. We have been taking the Maple Ridge section to complete the loop, so it was great fun to complete the loop using the South Fork Canyon. Lower South Falls is located in the South Fork Canyon and has been inaccessible for over a year. I was surprised to find that I had actually forgotten it. Besides taking lots of photos of the falls we were able to add photos of a Brush Rabbit, YellowMonkey Flower, Rosy Plectritis, and Ninebark to Cascade Ramblings.
