We have planned this to be kind of a layover day, taking a scenic ride without the loaded panniers on Rowena Crest Loop, and staying a second night here at Memaloose State Park. We have a leisurely morning not leaving camp until 10:00.

| morning coffee Ride Highway I-84 to Mosier, population 260, stopping at the grocery/deli/gas station. Great ride up through the cherry orchards, and scenic stop at Memaloose Overlook. Lunch at Rowena Crest View Point at 12:30, and enjoy the profusion of wildflowers at the Tom McCall Nature Preserve.
