| Mark in camp July 4 Leaving our families at Clear Lake, my brother Mark and I drive to Frog Camp and begin hiking in at 4:00PM. A group is camped at White Branch and we hike on past Sunshine Shelter Area and set up camp at 7:00PM with threatening snow. |

| following the steps The next mornning is is clear and we end up following a group of climbers from Tacoma to the summit.

| Jim on the summit We reach the summit quite easily, pause for photos, and enjoy a fantastic view of Chambers Lake and the South Sister. |
