| Date: September 17, 2002 | | Location Steens Summit | | Where: Steens Mountain | After a complete day of over-cast skys and rain, which we used to tour the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge by car and take photos of Blazing Stars, we started out once again to explore Steens Mountain.
|  | | Kiger Gorge From the Steens Mountain Loop Road we were able to peer down into the glacier carver gorges of Kiger, Little Blitzen, Big Indian, and Wildhorse, which contains Wildhorse Lake.
