i run for the mountain
on a desolate shore . . . i wait in the sand
watch the tide ebe and flow . . . erode my only land
moving on, a sad affair . . . as seen through desolate eyes
see inside
death, a snowy figure . . . casts a shadow o’er the sky
lucid feelings amplify . . . am i too much out of control?
i don’t know but I run for the mountain
I am “the seeker being found”
I aim to reach the highest peak
but I’m standing on desert ground
someone said behaivior . . . makes companions of fools
the sun it sets behind me now . . . my speed the forest slows
nightly refuge of conciliation . . . the wind and cold attack
curse the night
realize a constant part . . . the coldest one you know
the coldest one you know
please demonstrate perfection . . . over fate will destiny rule
I run for the mountain
only wishing I could fly
I will learn to fly to the highest peak
tied to the ground
I am alone I climb so high I am a child
in desperation so high I fall of the sky
cold I am I rise again oh yes I am
I am bleeding the world below’s a stranger . . .
at the top of the mountain lurks a terrible beast
in confusion and in danger
cities built to glorify him
bow at his breath
and his voice is loud
it is righteous and proud
and he reeks of death
oh many are chained to justify him
REASON
oh be still this monstrous image is me
all the comforts i’ve created
left for dead
my spirit barely breathes
i live in a world about colored eyes of freedom
oh be reasonalble!
