This Eastern Fox Squirrel is show eating Bigleaf Maple seed pods. The Eastern Fox Squirrel is larger and chubbier than the more common Eastern Gray Squirrel found in our cities. The Eastern Fox is also browner with an orange underside as compared to the white underside of the Eastern Gray. |
