Notes:Upper and Lower Empire Lakes are located in the John Topits Park, a Coos Bay City Park. An extensive network of paved trails provides an opportunity for a pleasant hiking experience in this urban setting.
Route:The main entrance to John Topits Park is at Hull Street off of Newmark Street across from Wal-Mart, and there are also entrances from the end of Crocker Street, and from the end of Ackerman Ave.
